Welcome to Circles of Defense

A calm, simple way to help your safety team keep the congregation prepared โ€” before, during, and after service.

Rehearse and respond

Step through response protocols for medical events, evacuation, lockdown, and more. Run team drills and keep a training record.

Set up once, ready always

Add your church details and key contacts in Settings, then save a backup so nothing is lost. In a real emergency, always call 911 first.

In an emergency

Get help first

Software is never a substitute for calling for help. If someone is in danger, call now.

Then notify your safety lead and follow the lockdown or evacuation protocol.

The five circles

A layered approach to safety. Each ring supports the one inside it โ€” with the congregation, always, at the center.

This app supports preparedness, coordination, and training for keeping a congregation safe. It is not a security-guard service, a surveillance tool, or a substitute for professional emergency responders and local law enforcement. Always call 911 in a real emergency.

Key contacts

These appear on the Team tab for quick access. Emergency is always 911.

Backup & restore

Because this is a prototype, your data lives on this device only. Save a backup file to keep it, or load one to restore. When this becomes a hosted app, this is replaced by secure cloud sync.

Keep backup files somewhere safe โ€” they contain your roster and logged incidents. Share them only with trusted members of your safety team.
